According to an anonymous post on the website Mumsnet, one user has admitted to cleaning their – I won’t assume gender – toiler brush in the dishwasher every few months.
I just put the brush and holder in, on their own, on a hot wash, and they come out like new,” the post reads.
You heard correct, this person, puts their used dunny brush in the same device that they put their eating utensils drinking cups and cooking instruments.
Of course there was more to the post where the anonymous postie wrote:
“A friend popped by this morning for coffee, and I opened the dishwasher to get out a couple of mugs, forgetting that I had put the toilet items in last night.”
“She totally freaked out, saying this is totally disgusting, and re-washed the mugs I had then taken out from the cupboard AND poured boiling water on them before she would allow me to make her coffee!!”
I DON’T BLAME HER! THAT IS GROSS!
Butt stuff doesn’t go near mouth stuff! NO! NEVER! Even with hot water, steam, cleaning, detergents and all that stuff! NO!
