The Oklahoma Judge spent 23 years on the bench and was allegedly caught using the device under his robe.
His former court reporter, told authorities that she apparently saw the Judge use the device on an almost daily basis during an August 2003 murder trial, which saw a man accused of shaking a toddler to death.
He was convicted of four felony counts of indecent exposure in his Creek County courtroom and was also ordered to pay a $40,000 fine… I want to make a raising the bar joke, but that would be in poor taste.

Staying in the US, A committee has proposed that longtime Black residents in San Francisco should receive up to USD $5 million (AUD $7.1m) each in a one-off reparation payment.
Despite California never being a slave state, it doesn’t stop there, the proposal also includes the creation of a ‘comprehensive debt forgiveness program’ which would eliminate credit card and other debts, along with student and housing loans.
And that qualifying low-income households should have their income supplemented to match the city’s median income – $97,000 in 2022 – for the next 250 years.
To qualify, applicants must be 18 or over at the time of the proposal and have identified as Black/American for at least 10 years on public documents, along with several other requirements.
When does it stop?
